If you want to get into modeling, your most important marketing tool will be a good set of digitals (also called Polaroids). These are simple photographs with minimal editing, light makeup, simple lighting and some simple yet effective poses.
Agents and clients are not interested in how good your photographer friend is at Photoshop, or how well you can do your makeup. this set of photos together with your comp card will show them what to expect when you turn up on set, and give them an idea of how comfortable you are in front of the camera. They will act as your business card in the modeling world.

Consultation as needed to help choose a look, advice for posing, etc.
A shooting session on location with strobe lighting (Usually 30 to 45 minutes)
Light post-processing and corrections.
Design of a basic comp card (Front and back). This will be your business card in the modeling industry. See below for some examples.
High resolution digital files of the selected and retouched photographs and your comp card, ready for the printers.
