PROFESSIONAL PORTRAIT SESSIONS DETAILS AND RATES

For my headshot clientele, I offer either a mini headshot session for those who want to get the job done in approximately 30 minutes, or a standard headshot session which includes around 1.5 hours of shooting time. Should you require a variety of looks in order to promote your personal brand, I recommend choosing the standard session to allow for multiple changes.

For my portrait clients, I not only like to shoot a wide variety of looks, but also vary the lighting and style of the portraits to get as much out of the session as possible. These sessions generally last a minimum of 2 hours and include headshots as well as head-to-toe and 3/4 body shots.

I like to see my professional portraits as a collaborative process where the goal is for you to use my images to get hired, attract clients and make money. During the session, I will advise on poses and expressions, and provide tips that professional models use. We’ll review the images as we go and discuss what’s working and what isn’t so that by the end of the session we both feel confident about the photos.

After our session, I do an initial culling of the images that definitely won’t work, and then work with you to select the final images, which are then professionally retouched in a way that brings out the best from each file, without them looking over-processed.

I like to work on location when possible, and can bring a mobile studio setup to your home or place of work, or alternatively the shoot can be done in a professional photography studio at an additional charge (inquire for details)

The mini headshot session includes 4 final images, and the standard session includes 10 final images.
For the portrait sessions, I include 1 day of post-processing time, with the final number of images depending on the complexity of the retouching work required. Usually this is between 15 and 30 final images.
Additional images can be added to the selection at N$250 each.

PORTRAIT SESSIONS FOR TEAMS

I often do group sessions with corporate teams, NGOs, sports teams, schools and other organisations. These are often used for websites, end-of-year reports, press releases, and other publications.

I like to tailor my team portrait sessions to the brand identity of the client, as well as to make sure that they look good in the specific context where they will be used most often, keeping the business’ colours and general style guide in mind.

I offer team portrait sessions at significantly lower rates than my individual ones, depending on the number of people to be photographed during the session. I offer free consultation and location scouts if needed to ensure that the session will go off without a hitch.
